I have these taped up in THM Cabinet so it easy to go to and see what food are for E or S meals.

Use a coffee mug or small microwavable bowl.

1 egg
1tbs water
1tbs cinnamon
1tbs almond flower
2 tbs flax flour
1tbs coconut oil or butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 donks THM pure stevia
Micro 1 min!
Add whippy or favorite topping


Salted Carmel Macchiato Cake
Just taste tested this Salted Carmel Macchiato Cake I baked and it was SO GOOD!
My husband said it was a 10+ and even non Trim Healthy Mama's would love it...
This one will be my go to dessert recipe for holidays, birthdays, etc.
This is why I love this eating plan Trim Healthy Mama's can have delicious desserts and eat in a way that allows you to burn fat!

My Breakfast today !
Most of the Trim Healthy Mama plan is the everyday food we eat, just in the right combination to get your body burning fat.
But lets face it if you can enjoy breads or sweets then your healthy eating plan is doomed.
That's why I love THM so much!

THM Snickers Protein Shake (FP)
Snickers Fat Kicker !
1/2 C. 0% Cottage Cheese
1
T. Truvia or 6 shakes of pure stevia powder (only 3 holes showing)
***{I used the liquid stevia here to taste}

Ice cubes

C. almond milk
1/2
C. water

T. cocoa powder

T. Peanut flour
1/2
t. caramel extract *** { I used SF Torani carmel coffee flavor, to taste}
1/2
t xanthan gum or glucomannan ***{ I used gluc.}

Scoop Vanilla protein powder (I add this at the end or it gets foamy)THM SUCCESS TIP:
Remember you can alter any recipe to fit your taste, taste and add or subtract what you like or don't like. If you need more sweet add it...Don't give up just because the flavor might be a little off!

I don't remember where I found this one, but it's good.
My husband and I make this regularly.
8 oz. Celestial Seasonings Cinn. Apple Spice tea (We use hot tea cause we cant wait)
1 tbsp. Bragg Organic Apple Cinder vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinn.
Stevia to taset {I like KAL liquid stevia and use 1-dropper to taste}
1 qt. jar of ice or one ice tray
*Mix all ingredients together in a QT. Jar (or other large drink glass), this makes your GGMS concentrate, that melts and dilutes over the ice.
Sip and enjoy!
I also like to use a straw so I can get all the spices mixed up with each sip...

1) USE A CAN OPENER TO OPEN UP THE TOP
2) POUR THE REST INTO THE NEXT CAN OR USE IN YOUR RECIPE
