But lets face it if you can enjoy breads or sweets then your healthy eating plan is doomed.
That's why I love THM so much!
Use a coffee mug or small microwavable bowl.
1 egg
1tbs water
1tbs cinnamon
1tbs almond flower
2 tbs flax flour
1tbs coconut oil or butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 donks THM pure stevia
Micro 1 min!
Add whippy or favorite topping
## I don't recommend going out and buy these specialty baking items until you have done the plan for a few weeks and kicked your sugar addiction. It takes some time to get used to using different sweeteners as well. I feel if you jump into the baking to quick the desserts wont seem sweet enough and you will give up! Also remember that you can add more or less of the sweeteners for your individual tastes. 😉
